Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement network security protocols including VLANs and VPNs
- Document network topologies and update IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with cloud services (AWS/Azure) for hybrid solutions
- Provide Tier 3 support for network outages and escalations
- Conduct regular network audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Administration or related field
- 3+ years experience with enterprise network infrastructure
- Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP protocols
- Experience with SD-WAN and network automation (Python/Ansible)
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional site visits
