Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve latency/security incidents
- Execute network segmentation projects to enhance cybersecurity posture
- Document network topologies and create SOPs for disaster recovery
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on hybrid network integrations
- Lead hardware refresh cycles for data center equipment
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex VPN and SD-WAN implementations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with enterprise network administration
- CCNA or equivalent industry certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Fortinet systems
- Familiarity with Azure AD and hybrid identity solutions
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis of network outages
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- CompTIA Network+ certification a plus
