Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and implement security protocols to prevent breaches
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex connectivity issues
- Document network configurations and maintain accurate system documentation
- Provide user support for network-related problems and training
- Perform regular network maintenance and system upgrades

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds or Nagios
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Alaska driver's license (for on-site client visits)
