Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Troubleshoot network issues including VPN connectivity, DNS, and DHCP failures
- Implement security protocols including firewalls, ACLs, and VLAN segmentation
- Document network topology changes and create/update runbooks
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate hybrid network solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds/PRTG preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for wired/wireless networks
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure networking services
- CompTIA Network+ or relevant certification
