Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and manage SNMP alerts
- Implement security protocols including VLAN segmentation and firewall rules
- Document network topology and maintain accurate IPAM records
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network architecture
- Perform quarterly network audits and vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network outages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and QoS protocols
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure networking services
- Ability to lift 50lbs for equipment installation
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
