Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark tools
- Document network topology changes in Visio and ServiceNow
- Resolve Tier 2/3 network outages within SLA timelines
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols
- Collaborate with cloud teams for hybrid infrastructure integration
- Conduct quarterly network health assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/NX-OS and Palo Alto firewalls
- Strong diagnostic skills using ping, traceroute, and packet analysis
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installation
- Valid NM driver's license and reliable transportation
