Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols
- Document network topologies and create maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure projects
- Provide Tier-2/3 support for complex network issues
- Conduct periodic network audits and capacity planning
Qualifications
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN and wireless networking
- Experience with Cisco IOS/NX-OS and Juniper Junos
- Ability to manage 24/7 network outages and incidents
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
