Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise network infrastructures including LAN/WAN configurations and cloud solutions
- Monitor network performance using advanced tools like SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Center
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments to prevent breaches
- Troubleshoot complex network issues using diagnostic tools and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with cloud platforms
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation for stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging technologies through continuous learning and certification
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration with Cisco/Juniper certifications
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
- Proficiency in network security frameworks including VPNs and firewalls
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex network issues
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent industry certification required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent communication skills
