Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and implement effective solutions
- Document network configurations and update system documentation

- Provide tier-2/3 technical support for network-related incidents

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
