We're seeking a skilled Network Technician to join our dynamic IT team in Memphis, TN. As a critical member of our infrastructure division, you'll ensure seamless network operations for 500+ users across multiple sites. Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/NPM and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement and enforce network security protocols including VLAN segmentation and ACLs
- Document network infrastructure changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Provide Tier-3 support for VoIP systems and wireless networks (Aruba/Cisco)
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on hybrid network architecture
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VPN technologies
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela/Palo Alto Prisma)
- Strong knowledge of network security best practices (NIST compliance)
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
