Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Troubleshoot network outages and implement proactive solutions
- Document network changes and maintain accurate configuration records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity
- Support cloud-based services including Azure and AWS integrations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper equipment and protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network analyzers and diagnostic tools
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
