Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and proactively resolve connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols and perform vulnerability assessments to protect network integrity
- Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with cloud services teams for hybrid network optimization
- Provide Tier-2/3 technical support for network-related user incidents
- Assist in network capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network administration and support
- CCNA or equivalent network certification required (CCNP preferred)
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet network devices
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN configurations
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues using systematic methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
