Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement VLAN segmentation and network security protocols
- Document network topology and update IT asset inventory
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network outages
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Conduct periodic network vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VLAN configuration
- Proficiency with Wireshark and network analyzers
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS networking services
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
