Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement security protocols
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations and upgrades
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network-related incidents and service requests
- Conduct regular network audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Implement disaster recovery solutions and backup systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper network equipment
- CCNA or CCNP certification required (CCNP preferred)
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless networking
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in network troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, cloud networking (AWS/Azure), and virtualization technologies
- Ability to create and maintain network documentation using tools like Visio
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
