Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and wireless security protocols
- Document network topology and create technical SOPs
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure projects
- Respond to outages within SLA parameters (15-min initial response)
Qualifications
- CCNA/CompTIA Network+ certification (required)
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- Proficiency in OSPF, BGP, and VLAN configuration
- Experience with SD-WAN and Meraki solutions
- Strong analytical skills for root-cause analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
