Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Resolve network outages and security incidents with SLA-driven urgency
- Implement network security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud teams to ensure seamless hybrid connectivity
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Network Administration or equivalent certification (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper hardware
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills for wired/wireless networks
- Experience with network automation (Python/Ansible preferred)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional client site visits
