Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols
- Document network topology and create maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure projects
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for network outages and incidents
- Conduct regular network audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required (CompTIA Network+ acceptable)
- Proficiency in Cisco IOS/Junos CLI and SNMP management
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Ability to create network diagrams using Visio/Lucidchart
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network analyzers
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
