Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Resolve network outages and security incidents within SLA targets
- Document network topology, configurations, and procedures
- Support VoIP systems and wireless network implementations
- Collaborate with cloud services (AWS/Azure) integration
- Train end-users on network best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA Network+ preferred)
- 3+ years experience with Cisco/Juniper enterprise networking
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN protocols
- Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN troubleshooting
- Security knowledge (firewalls, IDS/IPS, access control)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
