Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform regular network audits and security assessments to ensure data integrity.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding network connectivity and hardware issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and inventory logs.
- Monitor network performance and respond to alerts regarding downtime or security breaches.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement network upgrades and patches.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and subnetting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move network equipment as required.
