Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco, Juniper, and Arista network equipment
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement security protocols including VLAN segmentation and firewall management
- Document network topology and create detailed technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network architecture projects
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical infrastructure incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expertise in OSPF, BGP, and MPLS protocols
- Proficient with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and DNS infrastructure
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud networking services
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
