Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify security vulnerabilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for network-related issues via remote tools
- Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud infrastructure projects
- Implement network security protocols and disaster recovery plans
- Conduct regular network audits and capacity planning
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco routers/switches and firewall management
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with remote monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
