Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade network infrastructures including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless systems
- Monitor network performance using advanced tools (SolarWinds, PRTG) and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Implement security protocols (firewalls, IDS/IPS) and ensure compliance with NIST standards
- Lead network migrations, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning
- Document network configurations and maintain accurate topology diagrams
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper routing and switching
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configurations
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN solutions
- Strong analytical skills for network troubleshooting and optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
