Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise-level SaaS platforms
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Mentor junior designers and drive design thinking workshops
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects with measurable impact
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
