Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for enterprise-level applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Design and iterate high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Mentor junior designers and establish design system standards
- Present design strategies to C-level stakeholders
- Analyze user data to drive continuous design improvements
Qualifications
- 8+ years UX design experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS design solutions
- Expertise in user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in agile development workflows
- Experience with remote team collaboration
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
