Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Python on AWS/GCP
- Mentor 5+ engineers through code reviews, architecture planning, and career development
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate healthcare requirements into technical specifications
- Drive innovation through hackathons and emerging technology R&D
- Own system reliability metrics including SLAs and incident response
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in distributed systems, API design, and event-driven architectures
- Proficiency with Java, Python, and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in healthcare IT (HL7/FHIR experience preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
