- Optimize AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure reducing costs by 30%
- Mentor 5+ engineers through technical reviews and pair programming
- Drive CI/CD pipeline innovations using GitLab and Terraform
- Lead security-first initiatives with OWASP top 10 compliance
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate ML models into production systems
- Present quarterly technical roadmaps to CTO and product stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience with distributed systems and cloud-native development
- Expertise in Go/Python with production-level Docker/Kubernetes
- Proven track record of leading teams through AWS/Azure migrations
