Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum system architectures for our upcoming 2026 product release.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists, software engineers, and data scientists.
- Oversee the transition from quantum circuit design to hardware integration.
- Define best practices for quantum error correction and algorithm optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate technical requirements into architectural solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 2 years in quantum computing or advanced simulation environments.
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (QAOA, Grover's, Shor's) and quantum gate models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Google Quantum AI).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing technical teams.
