Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation quantum algorithms for large-scale machine learning tasks.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize software for specific quantum processor architectures.
- Lead the research and development of error mitigation techniques to improve quantum model stability.
- Define technical roadmaps for the AI division, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor a team of talented quantum software engineers.
- Publish white papers and present at leading global conferences on quantum computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics with a focus on Quantum Information.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance technical teams.
