Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and models in production environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel deep learning architectures for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization to ensure high performance under load.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and MLOps automation.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated track record of deploying large-scale ML models to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
