Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market disruptors and innovation opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients and internal stakeholders
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other innovation ecosystems
- Drive scenario planning for geopolitical shifts and climate adaptation strategies
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating emerging tech trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin/Spanish preferred)
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
