Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation software ecosystems for the 2026 tech horizon.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies, including quantum algorithms and neural interfaces.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to decentralized, autonomous frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Mentor a high-performance engineering team focused on speed and innovation.
- Ensure data security and ethical AI implementation across all new platforms.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of system scalability, microservices architecture, and edge computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
