Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to create a long-term vision for technology adoption, specifically focusing on AI integration, quantum computing, and decentralized systems.
- Architect High-Performance Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable software architectures that meet the demands of future growth.
- Lead Future Tech Research: Evaluate emerging technologies and prototypes, determining which innovations align with the company's strategic goals for 2026 and beyond.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, guiding senior engineers and architects in their professional development.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
