Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy and execution for the upcoming major product release, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Full-Stack Development: Design and implement robust backend services using Node.js or Python and responsive, accessible frontend interfaces using React or Vue.js.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, maintainable code and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews to uphold high engineering standards.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and improve application load times to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines to streamline the delivery process.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineer role.
- Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with server-side languages (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go) and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud & Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
