What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-availability cloud-native solutions using microservices architecture.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept to deployment, ensuring code quality and robustness.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Implement and enforce best practices for security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong expertise in high-level programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Proven track record of leading diverse engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
