Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance architecture for Project 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists and product managersâto translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Mentor senior engineers and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and system performance audits to identify bottlenecks and optimize efficiency.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to propose strategic enhancements to our technology stack.
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting efforts for critical system outages.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Proven expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with NoSQL databases and large-scale data processing frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
