- Drive Innovation R&D: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including AI integration, quantum computing applications, and spatial computing.
- Mentor and Lead: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring senior engineers and providing technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security protocols and ensure all systems adhere to the highest industry compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating high-level business requirements into robust technical blueprints.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
