Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Lead architectural reviews and provide technical mentorship to a team of senior engineers and developers.
- Design robust, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model deployment and data pipeline architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
