Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical 2026 roadmap for quantum system architecture and algorithm development.
- Lead the design of scalable, fault-tolerant quantum circuits and error correction protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate quantum solutions into broader AI ecosystems.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research to evaluate emerging quantum technologies and frameworks.
- Drive architectural decisions that ensure security, scalability, and performance for enterprise clients.
- Represent Nebula Dynamics at industry conferences and technical seminars.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture, with 3+ years specifically in quantum or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Deep understanding of superconducting qubits, ion traps, or photonic quantum computing architectures.
- Strong experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (e.g., AWS Braket, Azure Quantum).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale engineering projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
