Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and maintain the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- System Design: Lead the design of complex, distributed systems, focusing on scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Technology Stack: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Quantum-Ready Protocols) into our existing ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security frameworks to protect data integrity and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate technical jargon into business value for C-suite executives and product owners.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Strong command of Python, Java, or Go, with experience in functional programming paradigms.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and drive projects from conception to delivery.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
