Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable quantum-neural networks designed for real-time data processing.
- Lead a high-performance R&D team in developing next-gen human-computer interfaces.
- Optimize algorithms for quantum processors to reduce latency in critical decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers and hardware engineers to define product vision.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models in simulated future environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system security.
- Present technical roadmaps and innovation strategies to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud-based AI platforms.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, reinforcement learning, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
