Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical vision for AI and quantum integration by 2026, aligning with business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the development of robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling complex quantum data sets.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers to prototype and validate cutting-edge algorithms.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency, throughput, and energy efficiency in cloud environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous security standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Quantum Knowledge: Strong understanding of quantum computing principles, Qiskit, or similar frameworks is highly preferred.
- Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
