Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable distributed systems architecture capable of handling exabyte-scale data streams and hybrid quantum-classical workloads.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents into core business logic with a focus on security and efficiency.
- Quantum-Ready Protocols: Develop and optimize algorithms that prepare our current infrastructure for future quantum supremacy, focusing on error correction and qubit mapping.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Drive continuous performance improvements in latency and throughput for our global API endpoints.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 transition, identifying critical technologies and potential risks.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Core Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Kubernetes. Familiarity with CUDA or similar GPU acceleration frameworks.
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models and LLMs.
- Quantum Knowledge: Understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar) and post-quantum cryptography.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
