Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of high-scale AI systems and neural architectures designed for the 2026 computing landscape.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision for our core products, ensuring alignment with industry trends and business goals.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and hire top-tier engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to optimize latency, throughput, and energy efficiency in distributed computing environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust security protocols and ensure AI deployment adheres to global ethical guidelines and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead architectural or engineering management role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading teams through the full software development lifecycle in fast-paced environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and deliver elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
