Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architect role within the AI/ML domain.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern machine learning frameworks. Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
