Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for our AI initiatives leading up to and beyond the 2026 launch.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and neural network infrastructures capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models, ensuring optimal latency and accuracy.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- R&D: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge computing to integrate cutting-edge advancements into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing scalable systems for high-traffic environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
