Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at scale.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to stakeholders.
