Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable deep learning frameworks and neural network topologies tailored for 2026 standards.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to translate research into production-ready AI products.
- Define technical vision and strategy for AI infrastructure, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Collaborate with product managers to identify high-impact use cases for emerging AI technologies.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and integrating breakthrough technologies like neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models serving millions of users.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor diverse technical teams.
