Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI system architectures for the 2026 Vision Initiative.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and performance tuning for large-scale distributed systems.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and integrate relevant innovations into our core stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI/ML model deployment.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system design and scalability.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
