Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for large language models and autonomous agents.
- Lead the research and integration of novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure the ethical alignment and safety of AI systems through rigorous testing and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, hardware engineering, and legal.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI capabilities up to the year 2026.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building production-grade AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Experience with distributed training systems and large-scale data processing (Spark, Kafka).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance.
