Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting 2026-level computational demands.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating Generative AI models into core business products.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native, edge-computing environments.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure system security and compliance.
- Define technical roadmaps and communicate complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and neural networks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience designing microservices architectures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid setting.
